I just finished my 30 Day Health and Fitness challenge in my LYBL journal and now I am continuing my weightloss journey in this thread. I will be tracking my goals, plans, and progress here. I will be posting here at least once a week. As time goes on I will also be updating his first post of the journal with my current goals and stretegies for improving my health.
If you have any recomendations or ideas on how I can better improve my fitness please feel free to leave a comment. I always appreciate advice and encouragement.

My current weight is 195 lbs. My goal is to be at 165 lbs by July 1. I will be implementing 3 main strategies for the month of April.
- Drink ONLY water. I want to eliminate soda from my diet.
- Continue my jogging plans. My next big milestone will be jogging for 30 minutes nonstop.
- Increase the number of healthy meals I know how to make. I want to try at least one new recipe a week.
